Das Handbuch ist extrem dick und sehr verwirrend, meiner Meinung nach. Sehr gut finde ich das es eine Hotline gibt, die bei jeden kleinsten Problem weiterhilft. Dank Lautsprecherfunktion in meinen Handy, kann ich auch eine längere Wartezeit verkraften. Ich weiß, dass die Mitarbeiter sich sehr viel Zeit für den jeweiligen Kunden nehmen, jedenfalls war das bei mir immer der Fall! Einmal hatte ich sogar Glück und kam nach 5 Minuten dran. Die automatische Ansage informiert zudem, wieviele Kunden gerade vor einen dran sind. Für die Hotline gibt es von mir ein extra Bienchen.Man sollte wissen, dass auch für diese Kasse nach GOBD (stand 2017) zusätzlich eine Speicherkarte, ein Computer und eine Fiskalsoftware (ca 80€, falls nicht im Angebot enthalten) benötigt wird, um die Daten ab und an dort zu sichern und dem Steuerprüfer im entsprechenden Format zur Verfügung zu stellen. NUR DANN enspricht sie GOBD!Ein Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Schnittstelle die den Anschluss eines Handscanners in Aussicht stellt (beim Verkauf wurde mir die Möglichkeit darüberhinaus versichert. Ich habe mir dann irgendeinen Scanner gekauft, nichts ging... Hotline angerufen... Raus kam, dass nur ein einziger Scanner für diese Kasse geeignet ist. (bitte jeder selbst dort anrufen und fragen, bzw. e-mail, da man von denen noch zusatzinformation und Anleitungen für den Scanner bekommt.
