Ständig gab es Probleme, über die wir stolperten.Allerdings ist der Kundenservice sehr gut und man hat mich zweimal Schritt für Schritt durch diverse problematische Einrichtungsprozesse geführt. Ab und zu gab es jedoch wieder kleine Probleme beim Ausdrucken des Tagesberichtes X und Z, die mehrmals nicht korrekt waren und es einiger Detektivarbeit bedarf, um den Fehler zu finden. Danach ist alles Alltag.Wichtig: das Handbuch, welches mehr ein Faltblatt ist, muss in einem Tresor sicher aufbewahrt werden, sonst kann der Prüfer die Ordentlichkeit der Kassenführung bemängeln.
