I often ended up feeling worse after aggressive PT. Enter Ideal Knee. It’s easy to use, you can feel the stretch but no pain! I’ve made more progress in two weeks than I had in 2 months! Yes, it’s a little pricey but so worth it. Even my walking gait has improved. Give it a go!

Doc said use it to promote full extension to the knee so you're not slightly bent when you think you're straight (usually during heavier swelling pos op). Kept using it, so good I did it to both legs (the old replacement on the other knee responded too).
