Note: I'm a vegetarian and have been using these knives only for fruits, nuts & vegetables, so I can't claim that they'd perform just as well with meat. * The contoured handles are sturdy and solid; the grips have not loosened despite being subjected to rough use on a regular basis. * Aesthetically pleasing, which isn't really a quality one looks in a knife but is something that's always nice to have.
