- CPU and Memory: ESP32-WROOM-32D with built-in dual core low-power Xtensa 32-bit LX6 MCU. On chip storage includes: 448 KB of ROM for program startup and kernel function calls; 520 KB on-chip SRAM for data and instruction storage; RTC fast and slow memory, with 8 KB of SRAM; 1 Kbit eFuse
- External Flash and SRAM: ESP32 can access external QSPI flash and SRAM through the cache. An external flash can simultaneously map to CPU instructions and read-only data space; A maximum of 4 MB can be mapped at once. Supports 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit access. Connect the pins GPIO6, GPO7, GPO8, GPO9, GPO10, and GPO11 of ESP32. These six pins are not recommended for other functions
- RTC and Low-power Management: with scalable and adaptive features. Two CPU cores can be controlled separately. The adjustment range of clock frequency is from 80 MHz to 240 MHz. Users can cut off the power to the CPU and use low-power coprocessors to continuously monitor the status changes of peripherals or whether certain analog quantities exceed the threshold
