**Q: Please give me a complete list what is coming with this stuff**
A: The unit you see. A vinyl case and an instruction book. It is enclosed in a cardboard box. If there were any other technical instruments with it then they would state those and show picutres.

**Q: Which is a better meter cme4 or cmexll? What’s the biggest difference between the two? We do floor coatings**
A: The CME4 & CMEX2 both perform the same non-destructive function of instant concrete moisture measurement to ASTM F2659.
The main difference is that the CMEX2 also can be used to test relative humidity, both in the environment and within the concrete slab to ASTM F2170 with our optional Hygro-i® probe. The CMEX2 can also test moisture content of wood and wood based products with an optional pin probe attachment.

I would recommend the New Moisture Encounter 5 ( https://www.amazon.com/Tramex-Moisture-Encounter-ME5/dp/B07YDYTYPT ) for everything but concrete, and the Tramex Concrete Moisture Encounter 5 for Concrete ( https://www.amazon.com/CME5/dp/B07YDYMSTQ ) . 

Concrete requires its own moisture meter for accuracy although you MAY be able to detect moisture presence in concrete in the Moisture Encounter + or 5, it would be just that a possible indication in either the 0-100 reference scale or the plaster/brick scale. There is no way to measure potential moisture content or percentage in concrete without a concrete specific moisture meter.

You may consider hiring a water damage and restoration local contractor to do a moisture assessment for you first. Reason being they come and perform many tests with many thousands of dollars of different types of equipment. Normally for a few hundred dollars.

This is a moisture meter for concrete slabs or gypsum floor screeds. It has nothing to do with finding joists in a hardwood floor. If you search on Google, you will find the answer to your question.
