## Description

Safety Warning Read the MSDS for full safety and handling details

Review: This is the same product that many of the aquarium builders use. This is an adhesive, which has a much higher tinsel strength and adhesion strength than the average sealant you get at the pet store. The working time is around 12 minutes. You need to plan out your assembly and go through a dry run or two before actually attempting to put it together for real. The tube was well within date, it was only a couple months old when i got it. If you are doing a tank bigger than 5 gallons, consider the calking tube. This is not the easiest to use to lay down a long even thin bead and keep it smooth and straight. It takes a decent amount of pressure with a thinner bead, you may run into hand fatigue by the time you are finishing up.
Review: Performed the function as seen on the back of the instructions. Excellent buy

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What are the expiration dates for the 12 in stock?**
A: 11 are 7/19 and the last one is 3/20.
I am not the seller.
I bought this 4 years ago and don't remember it.

**Q: i just purchased rtv 108. i need a manufacturers certification and msds sheets please**
A: http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/1797719.pdf

**Q: Is this safe for terrariums?**
A: This is a food safe silicone sealant that many use for aquariums so it should be fine for a terrarium. It is definitely waterproof.

**Q: Does this product have a shelf life?**
A: Any RTV product I've ever used eventually dries up if not used within a period of time but i'm not sure how long that takes. You should only buy what you think you'll need for the job. They make this in a smaller tube if the calk gun size seems too much.

Excellent product, but the tube broke open on the end and made a big mess. I ended up throwing it away.
