The seller reached out and sent me a new music player. I am very pleased with the customer service from this company. The new music player is working very well and my son is happy! This was a Christmas present so I was outside of return window by the time it was set up. I was able to complete the initial setup with no problems. I was able to play a couple songs in Amazon music and Pandora after set up. A few days later I played a few songs but then I didn’t touch it again for over a week. The battery must have gone dead in that time so I put it on the charger. It is not responding to anything I’ve tried. I attempted all the things listed in the manual, including the reset button.
