At first I pulled the ostomy pouch tabs thru the opening and wasn't happy with that configuration. I then just pulled the pouch thru the opening and over the three tabs and adjusted and fastened the Velcro. Worked fine.Since I covered the tabs, the next time, before I put this belt on, I attached my regular belt to the ostomy pouch and then put this belt on.
