Is it painted or powdercoated?** A: Probably paint and ya the hook moved up and down **Q: Can I hang this on a brick wall?** A: Yes，the bike hanger on studs or solid wall NOT drywall. **Q: What is the screw # (e.g. #14 screws, i.e. diameter) and length of the screws included? My rack fell off due to weak anchors and I need to replace.** A: I'm not sure why they included the screws and drywall anchors. A bike will hang on this with repeated stress of taking it on and off. Throw those aside and get yourself some #8 long screws and make sure you go into a stud in the wall. Or do what I did and went into the cement wall in my garage.
