I typically wear a medium and bought the XL, which fit great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great for medium to light cycles! *by B***A on September 21, 2026* I wanted to try these on both my heavy and light cycles to see how they hold up before doing a review and on my light days they are great i wore them without a pad or tampon and they were comfortable with no leakage however i wore them on my heavy days around 7/8 hours and in the morning i had no leaks i even wore them this afternoon for another 7/8 hours and had no leaks but at night i had leaked through the underwear unfortunately so i think these would be great for a medium/light cycles all day wear but if you have heavier days like me, i suggest changing it every 4/5 hours. Other than the one leak these are the most comfortable period underwear i have tried. I handwash them in the shower or sink and hang them to dry.
