I can't believe it's not listed here. I need to know if it can pass under couches. Seems like it's deliberately been left out.** A: John, my couch, desk, etc., is approx. 3" high and Eufy is about 3 inches. Not much room there, however, if the Eufy were just a little higher, the seniors would kick in and avoid it from being stuck. **Q: I'm seeing mixed results with a dark hardwood floor. Does it work on dark hardwood or doesn't it?** A: I have dark wood floors in most of my house except for the bedrooms which have low-pile carpeting. This thing does the whole house and then Parks itself back in the charger. I have a large German Shepherd that sheds constantly and this thing saves my life! It comes back with a cartridge full of hair and all I have to do is dump it out. It only got stuck in one place in my entire house so I just put something there to block it. I just hit the go button and let it do its thing. **Q: Does it know what to do if it is on a different floor from the docking station** A: When you say different floor, do you mean there are stairs involved? It doesn’t go down stairs. It cleans very well. You need to be patient though. It lifts a lot of fine dust even in a clean room. The navigation method of Eufy is not sophisticated. It keeps bumping into the objects and changes direction. At first, it seems like it's never going to be able to cover a room due to the way it navigates, but ignore it and let it do its job. On a single full charge it runs for over one and half hour.You need to clear the floor of all loose cables, water spills, doormats etc. so that it covers the floor well. This made my life easy. It has a clearance of just under 3" and goes under sofa, bed and other furniture which are hard to clean manually.Easily cleans Indian tile, marble or granite floors.Brooming manually is faster if you're in a hurry. ### ⭐ Anker is not a trusted brand *by N***R on Reviewed in India on 18 January 2020* Guys Anker \eufy is a Chinese brand with very ordinary quality..if you are spending 12900 does not seen worth.Their headfones do not last even 3 months due to cheap quality materials . ### ⭐ Read this before buying ☹️ Eufy seller slow to respond after eufy broke *by J***J on Reviewed in the United States on 19 December 2017* I have had Eufy since the end of October 2017. It is an amazing little creation. We have all tile floors and a cat and eufy really was helping clean the floors.HOWEVER.... the swivel ball broke a week ago and it no longer stays attached to machine. We lightly use this machine. We were not hard on it. It just broke. After I purchased eufy the seller contacted me by email and asked me to write a review. The seller also said the following in their email “As always, we stand behind our products and will work tirelessly to put things right if you encounter any problems. Simply reply to this email to get hassle-free support.“Sounds good right? Except.... I have sent two emails explaining that Eufy is broken and I have not heard back. So much for hassle free support.I liked Eufy until it broke. $259 for a machine that worked for only 6 weeks is too high a price to pay. BewareUpdate: 12/27/17Eufy seller contacted me after I left review of broken eufy. Said they would help me with broken part on eufy. So far I have not received the part .... but I am hopeful I will get it soon. Too bad I had to leave a review to get their attention.
