Works amazing. It doesn't get too hot. I love the fact that it's not too bulky, but still covers where I need it during my monthly cycle. Due to the warmness of it, it helps with the pain a little bit from the ovulation or my cycle as I do have PCOS so it is horrible. At first, I thought this was a bit pricey for just three patches, but it’s definitely worth it. I can use them all day while working, and they’re not bulky at all just soft and comfortable.
