Had a bowl with slim milk this morning, and the sweetness of the cereal was perfect. It wasn't too sweet, nor lacking any kind of flavour. 4. The texture of the granola is not very hard either... it's slightly soft. The one issue I had with other granola cereals was that chewing it resulted in a fatigued jaw. However, I didn't have this particular problem with this cereal. Seems like a relatively healthy cereal, without tremendous amounts of sugar. I'd recommend this product. This stuff is super healthy. 70% Rolled Oats, Honey, Cinnamon, No Sugar, No Wheat. I just add them to cold milk and throw in a fruit and I have super tasty & healthy breakfast. It does have Vegetable Oil in it and that worries me a little. Not sure about the percentage though. If Oats is your thing or you want to be gluten free for whatever reason, this stuff is as good as it gets.
