According to reviews this product stands up against k18 and olaplex 3 but it is better value. I read that you need to use it once a week for 2 months to get the maximum benefit but I can already feel some improvement. My hair is softer and less frizzy with more shine. I didn't bother with the redken shampoo or conditioner but I used a L'Oreal absolute repair shampoo then a L'Oreal elvive moisturising hair mask. Apparently using a hair mask afterwards is better than using a conditioner.
