You will have to swirl it around the bottle as it has some sediment type stuff that may settle if left undisturbed. Still good though.Edit to add, there is another Amino from the same company the PRO version, has more aminos and no stimulants, only comes in 2 flavors though, not the same as these. **Q: Best flavor** A: Watermelon and Grape are the best. Orange and Pineapple were good, not great. **Q: Do you take this instead of muscletech whey for example.** A: Muscletech whey is a protein. Amino Energy doesn't contain protein, it's used for an energy boost pre, during or post workout. I used as pre workout. 2 scoops with 350ML water, 20 mins before hitting the gym. I did 45 mins strength training, 30 mins volleyball and 15 mins running around the field with toddler without getting tired at all. Usually I am drained after gym itself.
