Well this style of epilator is easy to figure out! I can start by saying I bought this knowing I would not have smooth “just like shaving” results as it takes multiple treatments so time and patience is needed. This style of hair removal is best for those who want to remove visible hair but don’t mind their legs feeling like there’s a little stubble. I decided to start during the winter so my legs are ready by summer. My first use was a bit painful as the spinning disks pluck a lot of hairs, but each area gets numb after a minute. I was suprized at how much hair it removed. I am now up to my 4th treatment and this time it was not painful at all and my legs are visibly free of hair. I have allowed about a week between treatments but waited two weeks this time because the longer the hair, the easier it is to remove. I used this on my arms and as I never shave them all of my hair was 90% gone the first use. I’ve also used this on my face on my jawline and upper lip and it worked like a charm as well. I chose this epilator because Epilady has been around for decades and the L5 is the latest and greatest at the time of this review, having the most “tweezers” in one row. I wanted something rechargable so I didn’t have to mess with a cord while using it and didn’t care to use it wet either, my hair is light in color and it helps seeing my hairs being in a well lit area.
