Firstly, the water tasted like plastic for a few weeks. Secondly, the tray , where you place your cup/mug, is very thin, so it’s not safe, as it could fall off. Thirdly, it’s starting to splutter hot water when you turn it on, which splashed the tea/coffee all over the place and on to your hands.Tried the reset key, but it didn’t help.Unfortunately for me, I cannot return as I threw away the packaging, and it won’t be accepted by Amazon.
