Look at the pictures! the product is perfect, it rotates its base in angles not achieved by a static stand, and also goes up and down at will thanks to the main base hinge. Is a huge deal for me as I now can use my ipad and cellphone at the level I want. More important, the hole at the back of the base for better cable management is pure gold. is big enough. The product is hefty, is not plastic, is metal and you can feel it is well crafted... in other words, you are not going to break this by throwing it to the floor or sitting on it. It does not slide, as it has rubbery spots at the bottom. The only thing I noticed is the material where the cellphone actually rests is superposed, meaning that is not glued and you can easily take it out, I don't know if it is a feature or an issue but so far I don't see either of those. Now if you bend the base hinge to lower down the high level you may lose a little balance but it still holds the cellphone perfectly, The balance issue happens when placing the phone, some times you may place it "too hard" that it brings the stand forward.
