Is the dripper made of plastic or ceramic?** A: The dripper is plastic and mine developed visible cracks / craze lines running from the top of the funnel to the bottom after about 6 months of daily use. It’s never been run through the dishwasher, **Q: I am undecided between this set OR Hario V60 decanter OR just go with Hario stainless steel dripper on top of my mug. Does anybody has opinion?** A: The nice thing about this set, versus the other two you mention, is versatility. With the decanter, it is basically one, solid unit that you have to bring out every time you make coffee. With just the dripper, you are limited by the size of the cup. I really like the fact that the server set allows you to make just enough for your mug OR a bit more to share (or feed a caffeine addiction). So, the server set gives you more options for use than the others. And, of course, it works as simply and expertly as advertised. **Q: Is the coffee server included made of glass?** A: The server is made of glass. But, why brew in plastic in the first place? This product is great! I only wish I got the V60 in glass also which they do make... I did not realize it was plastic. **Q: How many cup of coffe can you make with this Server Set?** A: If you fill it to where it says 5, that is about 24oz, in Japan I suspect a serving is between 4 or 5 ounces, you could add a little more.
