It was a bit pricey, but I think it's a good value for the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐ It gets the job done, needs major improvements, generally still better than competition *by N***Y on 17 July 2025* Very expensive, too difficult to use, finicky, annoying, software isn't well thought out, connectivity isn't well thought out. video quality? Whatever it is, it's far from 4K. After a year of messing with settings I still can barely read a license plate when someone is right in front of me. Getting footage from the app is almost entirely useless. Count on always ejecting the SD card and putting it in an adapter and plugging it into a laptop. That being said, the majority of dash cams are just as crappy. The saving Grace for this one, is that it unlike the other expensive counterparts I tried such as the nexar one, the thinkware hasn't overheated in the two hot Vegas Summers I have had it, and the parking detection with radar is better than any other dash cam I have had.
