Although the customer support from Amazon rocks but from the vendor or the person who will do the installation is worst.The AC works well and cools your room. It's recommended that do not run the AC in turbo mode every time.If you're buying then make sure that you will get the proper support and as per my suggestion it's better to avoid this as there is no after sales support be it with installation side or with other things. ### ⭐ Value for money.
