They were delivered to me on 13th August and free installation was to take place within 48 hours. It has now been 10 days and both Amazon and IFB are making useless excuses. I keep trying to escalate the matter at IFB but the numbers they provide for their managers are either wrong (don't exist) or the manager does not answer. At some point or the other they mention that they tried to call to schedule the service but that is totally untrue and I have screenshots of my phone log to prove it.
