A: Because the Mic was not properly connected to the device. 1️.For Phones: Select P200b Pro in audio settings when calling. 2.For PC: Plug dongle into USB port. Or choose the Hands-free AG Audio in the Bluetooth Connection Settings without dongle.

**Q: Why the other party still can't hear me during a call (headset is connected to 2 devices)?**
A: Only 1 device can occupy the Microphone of the headset at the same time. You need to end the video or any other audio playback on one of the devices before you can make a call with headset on the other device.
