Review: and the longer I took it I was slowly feeling better and better - If I could give this a higher rating than 5 stars it would be about 200. I have taken Threelac and Fivelac for 10 years now. I can attest to the "die-off" symptom can be rough to mild depending upon the person and the severity of their candida overgrowth. My "die-off" symptoms where acne, strange rash and feeling tired for about the first week. after that my mood greatly improved, I had so much energy when I woke up in the morning that I could go run a mile. and the longer I took it I was slowly feeling better and better. even to this day. I initially started taking it for my ADD, witch the only other treatment options are heavy prescription medications with horrible side affects! such as Adderall that made me feel suicidal! after the first month of threelac I noticed a huge change in my mental clarity and focus, the brain fog was gone and I finally felt human again. and it only got better from there. I was also suffering from eczema, I had it so bad that my skin would start to crack and bleed. everyone says take oatmeal baths and oatmeal soap and etcetera.... screw that! I've had eczema since I was 2. you get awfully tired of feeling like the cut up banana on top of a bowl of oatmeal! after a mere 4 months on threelac my eczema was gone and has not ben back since. the same goes for my ADD. Two supposedly incurable dieses that I had some how managed to beat the doctors. now I realize that these problems are curable but they don't want you to know that because there is to much money to be made on selling you a cure to a symptom than the cure to the problem! I am a firm believer in this product and will continue to take this as long as necessary for candida upkeep. my method was take one packet a day for the first month and increase the dosage by one packet every month following until about 4 to 5 packets a day then switch to the fivelac and repeat the same proses. I stopped after 4 packets a day of fivelac and only have to take it once in a wile for upkeep on the candida, because unless you radically change your diet and stick to it your more than likely to get it again. especially since it is in almost everything we eat. same goes for anyone who has ever taken an antibiotic in there lives. odds are you probably have a candida over growth. I'm not calming this to be a miracle product that will fix any problem you through at it but most of the bad reviews are from folks who either didn't have a candida problem in the first place or are expecting it to cure frogs hair and hens teeth. or simply where not willing enough or understood the "die-off" symptoms well enough. If you are like me and have struggled with skin conditions and supposedly incurable issues that the doctors just through pills at you for, I implore you to not deny your body of the benefits of killing the candida overgrowth that almost 90% of people have. and remember that it DOES TAKE TIME TO WORK!!! you have to give it time and let it take its cores to help you, it will not fix you in a day or a couple weeks.
Review: This stuff probably saved my life! - This is my first review, but I had to post my experience, in case I can help anyone else who is suffering like I was. I suffered from Candida for 2 years, after being on some hardcore antibiotics for a UTI. The doctor gave me Diflucan. It worked, but as soon as I stopped taking the anti-fungal, the Candida infection would return. I ended up taking Diflucan for weeks at a time. It killed tremendous amounts of yeast, but as soon as my prescription ended, the yeast came back, time after time. I couldn't believe it! Subsequently, for the past two years, I have tried every natural anti-fungal remedy I could find on the internet. They all worked...but only temporarily. Hydrogen peroxide, ACV, garlic capsules, olive leaf extract, even boric acid. When the boric acid started failing me, I felt hopeless, like I was never going to be able to get rid of this yeast beast. It had really adversely affected my health - particularly my adrenal glands and gut - and my body was in real trouble. Finally, a few months ago, I went online again, desperate for a "cure." I had seen the claims regarding Threelac over the past 2 years of research, but I thought, "This stuff is way too overhyped; it can't possibly work that well." Well, I was desperate and I wanted relief fast. I spent several days reading as many testimonials online as I could, as well as reading up on why it was so effective. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was all the great reviews on this website (that I trust) that finally led to me buying this stuff. I even overnighted it, because I was that desperate. I'd say I started noticing a difference in about 3 days of taking it. The sinus congestion/infections that I had dealt with everyday for the last 8 years finally started to clear up. My allergies improved, and the extreme mold and cigarette smoke sensitivities I've had for years also eased up. I can now open my windows again when it's raining outside and I don't smell any mold or mildew! (If you've experienced this, you know what I'm talking about.) And the itching - oh, the endless itching - finally went away!! (I bought gelatin capsules, size 00 and made vaginal suppositories with the Threelac - works great for vaginal infections). Thanks to this, I no longer need Threelac/Fivelac, because my immune system is stronger and can keep the Candida under control on its own. I thought I'd need to be on Threelac forever, but I only needed to use it for about four months. Now I follow the GAPS diet protocol, drink kefir, and take Klaire Labs - Ther-Biotic Complete Powder 2.1oz to restore my flora. The process can take a year or two, but it's a necessary one to regain health. So for anyone out there who wonders if they'll ever get rid of this awful fungus, there is hope! Just keep plugging away and don't give up! The body is amazing and I believe it can fully recover from most maladies, provided you give it ample time, rest, and nutrients to heal.
