It does get a bit warm but doesn't restrict movement (due to the open patella), and all the while it provides support.

I have ligament injuries on both knees, but I'm also unable to keep myself away from sports, and so this is very helpful (as long as I don't try to do all that I could before the injury). It does get a bit warm but doesn't restrict movement (due to the open patella), and all the while it provides support.
