Review: Well made - I bought this bike for Christmas for my grandson. It's a great bike made very well.
Review: decent ride - it's alright. when it came, one of the metal bars was slightly dented, which was interesting because i paid $80 in shipping to at least prevent it.. it came in a box and you had to assemble it yourself, which is fun and the instructions were pretty easy to follow and i managed to assemble it no problems, with the exception of the pedals because I'm a little slow.. the reason why i gave this 3 stars is because the brake disk was slightly bent, however it was bent enough for it to make a sound and leave friction every time i pedalled up a hill. another issue is i can only use 6 of the gears as the gear ratio won't let me switch into the 7th gear? (this is a 21 speed bicycle (3 on the left and 7 on the right). living in a hilly area, i should've invested in a 28 speed bicycle or higher, and the gear ratios feel weird. i wish 7th gear required more effort to pedal, but that could've also been me not being able to use the 7th gear.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product and outstanding customer service
*by E***O on December 17, 2024*

I Purchased this bike, and I’m very satisfied with its performance. The suspension is truly comfortable and feels high-quality, making every ride much more enjoyable. However, what I really want to highlight is the exceptional customer service I received. Initially, the bike I received had a factory defect—one of the suspension screws broke. When I contacted them, they immediately understood the situation. They tried to send me replacement screws, but unfortunately, they didn’t have them in stock. After reaching out to the bike manufacturer, they found out the screws were no longer in production. Instead of leaving me with no solution, the store went above and beyond by sending me an entirely new bike. This level of responsibility and dedication to customer satisfaction is truly admirable. The new bike I received has been perfect—I’ve been using it for some time now, and it hasn’t given me a single issue. I highly recommend this store, not only for the quality of their products but also for their excellent service and commitment to their customers. They truly deserve a 5-star rating!
