It is very unpleasant to read because the text is extremely blown up while the graphics (including the lines for your notes and tables with text) were left in the normal size. It looks completely disproportionate and like a horribly designed paper from a 4th grader. For me and my reading style it is unreadable. Also the content doesn’t seem right for me (I only peaked because it is so unpleasant on the eyes). The title is somewhat misleading because it is not for autistic adults who may be just discovering that they are autistic and have been masking their whole lives.
