I have spent two days trying to connect this to my android galaxy A12 with android 12. Wifi does not connect at all, just searches for ever. Bluetooth connects but then nothing happens. The smart screen only displays set up instructions. Nothing shows from my phone. The only way to ask for help is via an email address in the instructions leaflet enclosed. I had a quick reply to say it is the weekend for them and I'll have to wait until they're back in the (overseas) office, wherever that is. The provided you tube link is also worse than useless. It seems the problem is your phone must have 5ghz WiFi and 5ghz to work.
