Review: Horrible packaging!! Amazing product. - The parcel came like that! When I took the delivery few pencils fell out! How recklessly do you all handle the parcel that we pay for.. Delivery guy obnoxiously told me to file a complaint and get it replaced. However, thankfully all the 24 shades were present, some with broken leads but that's okay. Didn't replace. So not happy with the delivery and packaging. The product is good soft and smooth. However I wish there were more shades of Red. I wanted like a deep maroon. :/

The parcel came like that! When I took the delivery few pencils fell out! How recklessly do you all handle the parcel that we pay for.. So not happy with the delivery and packaging. The product is good soft and smooth. However I wish there were more shades of Red. I wanted like a deep maroon. :/
