Would not maintain reliable connection to Webex and could not make/receive phone calls via the soft phone nor send/receive messages. Have since switched to high-speed fiber internet and no longer need a modem. ### ⭐ Didn’t work *by on Reviewed in the United States February 23, 2025* I had CenturyLink check it, it would not connect, never got past the red light.
