Price is right for a vegetarian protein source. Value for money: With addition of lysine, this becomes a complete protein and provides 75gms of protein per 100 gms of product. The powder is more crystalline than amorphous. Haven't lab tested the efficacy or anything, but the elasticity seems fair when comparing on a like for like basis with similar products. 4 stars. Overall: 4 and 1/4th stars
