After putting them up I immediately ordered another set. The cord and plug are strong and durable. I read other reviews to pull up tabs inside base before screwing in bulbs so we did that and had absolutely no problems, all lights came on. Strong plastic bulbs look like Edison bulbs with color, but don’t look cheap at all. Really nice set.
