I absolutely love it. Battery life is great. You never get the time advertised, but this one is by far better than most. It only lost 1 bar in 12 minutes on high. It's not the best on carpet as it's very hard to move. The thing I love most, is to empty the canister, you just press a button and the canister pops off. With my others, it is attached to the handle and is a pain to empty. This is everything I always wanted in a vacuum, not to mention I can even remove the upper section to vacuum my car. This is actually my second stick vacuum from this company because I was so impressed with the customer service after purchasing my first one. Our house is mostly hardwood and this thing is an absolute lifesaver. We have a “real vacuum” but it just flings the massive amount of daily crumbs from our kids across our hard floors instead of actually picking them up. This one easily picks up all of the crumbs and is so convenient to access.
