All "Ultra Glow" sheathed plugs are manufactured to Dual Coil specification providing pre/post heating capability with superior service and prolonged life. Each plug is individually boxed and displays torque data for both installation and tightening of the terminal nut supplied. The plugs carry a 12 month or 12,000 mile (whichever comes sooner) warranty, assuming reasonable care and attention has been exercised at installation and that the inherent engine problems have not further promoted failure of the item. However, where a product has failed due to obvious installation neglect (particularly broken connectors, swollen probes and melted probes), then the warranty will be rejected in entirety. The warranty does not include labour costs and vehicle recovery costs unless agreed otherwise.
