Been trying to bulk for a while and always become inconsistent with it, this just keeps me on track so nicely. I recommend splitting the “serving into 2” to reduce the density. So have 350ml water/milk and then 1 scoop and do that twice so maybe one morning, one evening. Makes even MORE drinkable.
