## Questions & Answers

**Q: How is the battery life?**
A: Battery life depends on how many times per day the lights are activated by the motion sensor. My lights are in the side yard and only come on when I take out the trash. I'm still on the original batteries after several months. If you put them in a high traffic area they may only last a few weeks.

**Q: Do they sense motion through glass, such as if it were inside the house, pointed out through a window?**
A: I have one mounted outside motorhome and one sitting inside a louvered window with a screen, and motion detected by the one outside does activate the one inside the window. Just what I had hoped! This light or other brands sitting inside the window by itself did not detect motion--perhaps glare from glass--but the networked effect did the trick on this model.

**Q: Do these lights have to be connect to the internet for the network capability to work?**
A: You would not need to connect to the internet with these lights.  They are connected internally to each other.

**Q: What wireless protocol do these use to communicate with each other?  i'd like to hook them into my existing home automation system. zigbee? 433mhz?**
A: Our Netbright lights communicate via radio frequency and don't connect to Wifi.  They communicate at 433.92MHz.  Thanks!
