The reason I say that is when I pull it snug it presses against my throat which is a little uncomfortable but workable. I think for men and woman the inside should have a well of sorts to fit a man’s Adam’s Apple. This would be beneficial for both I believe. It’s a comfy brace to sleep in which is why I chose it.
