They are so cute on my one year old. The elastic can be tight or you can stretch them a little if they’re too small. The elastic is softer than other elastic bands I’ve gotten and my daughter will actually keep them on and there is no mark on her head after wearing them for a while. She doesn’t have a ton of hair to use clips yet so these are perfect. The price is great, too. The only comment I would make since sometimes the colors don’t match online is that the blue was more of a medium blue but the picture looks more navy.
