I usually wear a Small or Medium, so this did require sizing up, but that is common in swimwear. It fits nicely. It is not too small anywhere or too short in the torso.It is snug in the chest and the zipper is quite weak (I'd expect a heavier zipper for this type of use) so I will have to see how it holds up. As other reviewers have mentioned, the zipper is a bit short so getting into the snug shoulder part of the suit requires a bit of care but it was manageable. As other reviewers have also noted, the sleeves are a touch big.
