The exceptionally well written narrative provides an overview of Egyptian history while focusing on major elements of Egyptian Civilization, such as, the social and cultural structure and development, ideas regarding kingship and the pharaonic culture, Egyptians religious beliefs and mythology, funerary beliefs and practices, mummification, and the constitution of pyramids, tombs, and temples.
