Able to measure sleep, heart, blood pressure, steps, has a clock and can alert when messages come into your phone. My only concern, this product is made in China and with all the other cyber security issues going on, I wonder if this information is getting passed to the "cloud" and another country (China) has all my information, I don't get a warm feeling about that. At first initial registration, I could not log in because I block network traffic to China, once I removed the block I was able to register it, that tells me right there network traffic is going to China.
