Review: Works well enough inline with an air conditioner exhaust, but noisy in the wind - This simple non-return air vent does it's job reasonably well. When it arrived I saw it would be very noisy and clatter a lot in the wind. I modified it by making an adjustable weight arm that holds it shut better than it otherwise would. I've also put a little bit of lithium grease around the inner join to help stop it bouncing when closeing under gravity. Even with these modifications, I still hear it opening and slamming shut on blustery days. It's a lot less annoying after modification than it could have been mind! It's not exactly obvious which way around it's supposed to work. Would be nice to include a simple arrow showing which way to fit it. Not too tricky to work out by experiment of course.

This simple non-return air vent does it's job reasonably well. When it arrived I saw it would be very noisy and clatter a lot in the wind.
