A: Yes, I’ve used it for torrone and it works fine.

**Q: will it float in liquid**
A: Yes, but it is water soluble and might eventually soak and sink. If left undisturbed I think it will float a long time.

**Q: What is the thickness of the paper in mm please?**
A: Approximately .254 mm.  (.01 inches)

**Q: Would it work as a cocktail topper?**
A: Yes this wafer paper will work as a cocktail topper. Wafer paper won't dissolve completely in small amounts of water, but it will eventually lose its shape and form a starchy mass.
