### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Life Changing! I can sleep now.

I bought this month ago and felt the need to come back and give a review. I can't believe how much this has improved my sleep! I've heard people say that red light therapy at bedtime is effective at improving sleep, but I typically blew those people off and was resorting to taking various supplements, like melatonin or whatever, to try and sleep. I even got on a prescription sleeping pill at one point.Since I got this red light, which, like I said, was several months ago now, I have slept like a baby about 95% of the time. The only time I have trouble sleeping now is if I ate too much before bed, or if there is some other unusual circumstance happening. On a normal night this works like a charm. Even if I wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom or whatever, when I come back to bed I pass right back out.No more grabbing my phone and scrolling in the middle of the night, no more staring at the ceiling and getting frustrated because I can't sleep. All of that is gone. I can confidently say I no longer have sleep issues.Oh, and by the way, for you 50-plus-year-old ladies out there, I am also going through menopause, which also typically hinders sleep, but I have had no problems sleeping since I got this light. Excellent product! Life changer for sure.I am now significantly happier during the day and way more productive at work. I no longer feel the need to grab a nap in the middle of the day. I stay awake the entire day because I sleep well at night.

So far, this lamp has been great. Only reason I added the “so far,“ is because I don’t know its life expectancy. I’m hoping it will last many years to come.I have had difficulty sleeping for the last 10 years or so. A lot has happened in my life, so I attribute some of it to that. I also attribute it to hormonal and physiological changes that come with aging.I am one of those people that probably never entirely shuts down at the end of the day, as I prepare to sleep. My creaky wheels are probably still spinning subconsciously, even when I fall asleep.I have been working very, very hard on improving my lifestyle, and diet, in order to see improvements in different areas, including sleep. In the mornings, I expose my eyes to the early morning sun, and in the evenings, I try to be careful about my exposure to white/blue light. I would say that my circadian rhythm has been improving steadily in the last year. You must WORK at improving your circadian rhythm, it does not happen magically on its own, especially not in today’s day and age.This lamp really helps to set the mood. I can’t exactly put my finger on it but, I dare say that exposure to that segment of the red light spectrum seems to calm a spirit down and signal to it that it’s time to let go and surrender to healing/restorative sleep.I am not there yet in the results category, but I feel this lamp is definitely helping. I don’t exactly love the shape. I’ve ordered another one in the round shape that does exactly the same thing. I will have both of these on in the evenings. I love that they have timers (30, 60, 120 minutes) though you can have it going without a timer as well. I set it to turn off after an hour or two so that I am sleeping in a darkened room.To me, it doesn’t seem to make sense to sleep with this red light on. I’ve noticed people complaining sometimes about these red lamps, and the green ones, not helping them sleep through the night. Well, my humble opinion is that they are NOT supposed to be on all night. That’s just my opinion.Though I don’t particularly care for how lightweight it is, nor its shape, I still give it five full stars. From time to time, the remote is a tad unresponsive, but nothing terrible; just a little late on the response.Also, it has a great, bright, natural white light you can put on in the daytime, if you wish.Overall, though it’s a little expensive, it is a good buy.
