**Q: Is the tank clear? Photos are confusing, show clear and white.... I want to be able to see how full it is**
A: It is not clear, it’s a white plastic, slightly translucent, it is hard to see, I need to put it against a light source to figure out the gas level.

**Q: I purchased 2 of these, I pushed them in both in my zippo’s very snug going in, now I can’t get them out what do I do without ruining it with pliers?**
A: I had that same problem. Took me over an hour using a Leatherman tool to get the insert out. I used a small sharp knife and trimmed the vertical tabs (2 per side) that are on each side of the clear area of the insert case. After a bit of trial and error I got the insert to fit into the Zippo lighter case. Those tabs are hard to see but use your finger to go over the clear part of the insert and you'll feel them

**Q: does this insert fit a zippo slim lighter?**
A: I bought this insert, it fits the usual Zippo lighters, not the slim ones. I bought 5 pieces for my lighters, one of them is not functioning well, the others are perfect.

**Q: Is the bottom clear plastic or white? I want a clear one where you can see the butane. It seems theres 2 kinds. Thank you**
A: It was white on the one I received.
