The construction is solid and heavy-duty—clearly built to last. The grips are well-cushioned and non-slip, which makes it comfortable to use during intense pull-downs, rows, and tricep exercises. Key highlights: • Build Quality: The steel feels strong and stable, even under heavy loads. No flex or creaking during use. • Grip: The rubber coating provides a secure hold without tearing up your hands. Even with sweaty palms, the grip remains solid. • Versatility: Works great for seated cable rows, tricep pushdowns, and lat pull-downs. A versatile handle for full upper body workouts. • Design: Standard size and fits all cable machines with no issues. The finish is clean and professional. • Unisex Friendly: Both male and female lifters in my circle find it comfortable and ergonomic. Overall, it’s a quality, value-for-money piece of equipment that enhances cable machine workouts. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build a stronger back, arms, and shoulders.💪 Review: Strong fella but rusts quicker than the time you finish a workout - Stable fella although the plastic grips could have been of better quality/and or, made of rubber. However, that being said, I have noticed considerable rusting on the metal in just about 5 days of usage. And, from the looks of it, I guess it wont be long nefore the whole damn thing becomes gooey brown. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0DC4FC33K | | Best Sellers Rank | #4,429 in Sports, Fitness & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports, Fitness & Outdoors ) #22 in Exercise Machine Attachments | | Brand | Generic | | Brand Name | Generic | | Customer Reviews | 4.0 out of 5 stars 10 Reviews | | Grip Type | no knurling | | Material | Alloy Steel | | Material Type | Alloy Steel | ## Product Details - **Material:** Alloy Steel - **Brand:** Generic - **Grip Type:** no knurling ## Images ![KNG Sports Gym Sports V Bar & Cable Rowing Handle Bar with Grip, Attachment - Pull Down & Weight Lifting, Covered, Unisex, Standered Size - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61-gmLIbYwL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good To Buy💪 *by M***A on 29 May 2025* I’ve been using the KNG Sports V Bar & Cable Rowing Handle for a few weeks now, and I must say, it’s an excellent addition to my home and gym workouts.
