The steps to take to install are .#1 - get a flat rigid plastic like a guitar pick to pry apart the pads from the headphone piece.#2 - clean the residue glue off with alcohol#3 - check each pad orientation, one has the USB cutout underneath , each have holes for the plastic pin that protrudes out on the headphone , make sure pin and the hole on pad fits inside .#4 - peel off film on pads and carefully put on earpiece, if you get it wrong you will ruin the adhesive tape , so get it perfect the first time. Also apply pressure on the pad for a minute .#5 put a stack of books in between headphones and a few out side so you can apply positive pressure inside and outside of the headphones .
