Lifetime guarantee (UPDATE: guarantee is bogus) *by S***S on Reviewed in the United States on August 14, 2018* My husband and I have owned many, many lousy water hoses in our 25 years of marriage. Our experience with hoses has been nothing short of frustrating UNTIL we found Stanley FATMAX! I can't believe I am writing such a glowing report about a water hose but I am a gardener and this is an important tool. It is flexible, durable, doesn't kink and rolls up easily in our hose box. There is a reinforced handle on each end of the hose that keeps it from breaking down and bending so it threads easily. AND it has a lifetime guarantee! I love that this hose; Worth every penny. We now own 2 of these; one in the front yard and one in the back. Our first FAT MAX hose was purchased over two years ago and is still in great shape.UPDATE: The threaded part of the hose that attaches to a spray nozzle blew off. Tried to exercise the lifetime guarantee and discovered it is non existent. Just want to update my review that the company contracted to handle the guarantee is NON RESPONSIVE. Do not buy this hose based on this guarantee. It is just a hose with the same flaws. Disappointed that Stanley would use this tactic to sell their hoses. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Well made and seems that it will be durable *by R***H on Reviewed in the United States on July 14, 2019* The hose is heavy and still kinks but not as bad as other plastic hoses I have owned.Was given a flex hose at Christmas that was very light and folded nicely that I really liked but the material was not durable if you have a mouse in your yard you did not know about who ate through the material to get at the water. The material is not mendable. Used a hose mender and the material just unraveled. So between the Staley hose that is durable but heavy and the flex hose that is light but eatable, not a lot of wiggle room ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fatmax hose *by D***T on Reviewed in the United States on August 3, 2019* This is the best hose I have ever purchased. It’s very pliable when it kinks the water still comes out. This is actually the third one I’ve purchased they still stay pliable during the winter.
