It arrived 3 days ahead of schedule which was the best because he had it in time for the start of the practices. He absolutely loved the case because of the design and the fact that he could wear it like a backpack and it kept his hands free. The book was perfect for me to be able to read and follow along and learn with my son. It also came with a cleaning cloth and an extra chord for if one breaks. We haven't tried the online offer yet but plan on it in a couple weeks. The only problem that we had was with the tuner that came with it. We thought it was just the battery at first and so we changed it but the light was so dim you could barely see it and it didn't last for more than a couple minutes.
